How to Have SEX when you Live with your parents?

My little sister just turned 16 and want's to have sex. She says she doesn't have a guy in mind but she said that she just needs to.
I told her that I never had sex under my parents roof.
She doesn't drive and doesn't have a single friend.
I told her wait till prom next year and have a much fun as she can have.
What would you do?
PS: I also told her that if she found the guy I would help get her sex on.
